Premiere Tickets – Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Entitlement

A Greelistu premiere ticket entitles the User to one First Run premiere of a project on the platform: online, or in a cinema for FRCC tickets. At purchase, the User selects the project the ticket supports.

2. Project Cancellation and Reassignment

If the selected project is cancelled or not greenlit within 24 months of being published, the ticket is moved free of charge to another project chosen by the User. If the User does not choose within 60 days, Green Lighting Studio AB may place the ticket on a comparable project. The User may change that choice until the new project is greenlit.

3. Price Differences and Credits

If the new project costs more, the User pays the difference. If it costs less, the remaining value is kept as a credit for future tickets on the platform. Credits are personal, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Withdrawal and Refunds

After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, tickets are not refundable. The exception is if Green Lighting Studio AB stops operating the platform. In that case the purchase price is refunded.

5. Allocation of Ticket Revenue

Of the net price (excluding VAT and payment fees), 70% is set aside in a separate account for the production of the supported project and paid to its producer under Green Lighting Studio AB’s agreement with the producer. The remaining 30% is Green Lighting Studio AB’s fee for operating the platform, marketing and sales.
